The world of talent acquisition is changing rapidly in New Zealand. Data gets created with breaking speed, and the tools and techniques required to engage, source and hire talent continues to evolve. Change seems to be the only constant. How will those responsible for talent acquisition cope in a world of change?

At #rhubnz we will set our gaze on being fearless. We will set our eyes on emerging trends from privacy laws to legal implications of social engagements, with a particular focus on solving the challenges faced by recruitment leaders.  We will look at tools and new technologies, sourcing best-practices and will decipher the ever changing behavior of talent. Delegates will develop a big-picture view of talent acquisition and the tactical nous required to be an agent of change.

#RHUBNZ 2014 FORMAT & STYLE

Over two days delegates can expect to experience a variety of learning methods. There will be plenary sessions, multiple-breakout sessions, group discussions and unconference style learning.  Delegates can participate in general sessions where they can learn the latest sourcing trends but can also pick and choose subjects that are relevant to them via the break-out sessions.

At #rhubnz we will cover the whole sourcing lifecycle with a particular focus on how to be better at finding talent. There will be content catering to corporate sourcing strategies and improving technical sourcing expertise.  Delegates will have ample opportunity to participate in the discussions. After two days you can expect to be a fearless change agent.

 

GENERAL SESSIONS
Some of the most accomplished recruitment leaders in NZ will address the latest talent acquisition trends and strategies. You will listen to inspirational and thought-provoking talks about talent acquisition from some of the biggest names in NZ. Be prepared to be inspired, challenged and learn the things you need to know about talent.

UNCONFERENCE
At #RHUBNZ every delegate will have an opportunity to participate. We will have discussions on subjects raised by delegates and crowdsourced before the event starts. There will be lots of opportunity to share and learn how recruitment is performed across different industries.

Workshops offer a different learning environment. Sessions are more interactive and participants are actively encouraged to contribute to the proceedings. #RHUBNZ will have a wide range of workshops throughout the two days.
