Angsana A. Techatassanasoontorn is a Senior Lecturer in Business Information Systems, Faculty of Business and Law at Auckland University of Technology. Angsana’s research is concerned with theory building and empirical analysis on ICT-enabled social innovations, ICT use and quality of life, the adoption and diffusion of technology, technology policy, and technology-mediated learning. She has published in IEEE Security & Privacy, Information Technology and Management, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Global Information Management, and Telecommunications Policy. Her research has been supported by grants from the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Commonwealth Fund Foundation, Internet New Zealand, Microsoft, the U.S. National Science Foundation, and Qualcomm.
