Matt has over 20 years experience in the Recruitment and HR markets and has worked for ASB Bank (Auckland), Fulton Hogan (New Zealand wide), Counties Manukau DHB (Auckland), Capita Group (UK) and Rullion Computer Personnel. Matt has also run his own head hunting and search consultancy and a Business Transformation consultancy.

Matt has spoken at many events including HRINZ national conferences, RHUBNZ, SOSUNZ and also emceed conference events.

Matt loves Twitter and Facebook and was in the first of LinkedIn’s 1% of users globally. You can often find Matt showing off his latest piece of wearable technology or crashing his drone and falling in duck ponds to rescue it. Matt believes business success is driven and led by inspiring people capability, having the most efficient systems and processes and constantly striving to transform and evolve by utilising technology and social media to create meaningful connections in business.
