IT18 exclusively focuses on talent management in the tech sector and will explore issues surrounding the attraction, recruitment and management of IT professionals in New Zealand.

At #IT18NZ our speakers will tackle a range of issues facing the tech community, with a particular focus on the challenges faced by recruitment leaders and those who manages people. Subjects will range from hiring top technical talent to building great workplaces for IT professionals. Agenda will include exploring the latest trends in attracting, hiring and managing technology professionals in NZ.  We will look a look at tools and new technologies, recruitment best-practices and will decipher the ever changing behavior of  tech talent.

IT18 has two parts. Day one – IT18 CAREER DAYis a free event dedicated for IT professionals to learn, meet and network with employers.  20 April Auckland & 23 April Wellington. More info here.

Day two – IT18 CONFERENCE – is for employers, recruiters, team-leaders and anyone who manages IT professionals. 21 April Auckland and 24 April Wellington. Employers who attend day two can also participate as exhibitors on day 2.
